Browser Support

To use our website, you'll need to have JavaScript and Browser Cookies enabled. Below are instructions for enabling these features in your browser. Due to limitations for security reasons, if you have JavaScript disabled we assume you have Cookies disabled, too, which may not be the case.

Internet Explorer

In your menus at the top of the window, find the 'Tools' menu and click it. The last item in the menu that appears is 'Internet Options'. Click it. A small window will popup with a number of tabs along the top.

To enable Cookies, click the Privacy tab. There is a slider on this screen. Make sure that the slider is not set at the top- 'Block All Cookies'. Anything lower than that on the slider should be acceptable to allow our cookies.

To enable JavaScript, click the Security tab. Click the 'Custom Level' button. Another small window will pop up. Scroll down to a checkbox named 'Active Scripting' and select 'Enable'. Click 'OK' and the small window will close.

Click 'OK' and the other small window will close. You should be ready to go. You can log in now.

Firefox

In your menus at the top of the window, find the 'Tools' menu and click it. The last item in the menu that appears is 'Options'. Click it. A small window will popup with a number of icons along the top and a number of tabs below that.

To enable Cookies, click the Privacy icon. Make sure that 'Allow sites to set Cookies' is checked and 'Keep Cookies' is set to 'until they expire'.

To enable JavaScript, click the Content icon. Click the 'Custom Level' button. Another small window will pop up. Scroll down to a checkbox named 'Active Scripting' and select 'Enable'. Click 'OK' and the small window will close. Make sure that 'Enable JavaScript' is checked. Click the 'Advanced' button and another smaller window will open. Make sure all the checkboxes are checked and click 'OK'. The window will close.

Click 'OK' and the other small window will close. You should be ready to go. You can log in now.
