Lindsey Management Co., Inc. (LMC), based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is the largest property management firm of multi-family housing in the state of Arkansas and is making a strong presence in the states of Alabama, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Tennessee. LMC currently manages over 34,000 apartment homes in over 100 apartment communities, as well as 40 golf courses located throughout the eight states, with leasing offices open seven days a week and management available 24 hours a day at every location.

In order to properly service the vast number of apartment residents and guests, LMC employs over 100 employees at its home office and over 500 employees at all other offices. Its mission statement, “Developing a way to offer spacious living full of features...a country club lifestyle...and responsive management at moderate rates...is the key to our company’s success,” says it all. LMC is very customer-oriented and its service quality must therefore be exceptional.

Challenge

As a company that prides itself on providing superior customer service, LMC needs to ensure that not only are its residents and guests satisfied with its technical support and offerings, but its employees are comfortable in their work environment and are quickly supported in their technical needs as well.
