SALT LAKE CITY--Aug. 2, 2004--ContentWatch Inc., a trusted provider of Internet protection tools designed for novices and technical users alike, today announced a new management team that includes two co-founders of FranklinCovey.

Brent Bishop, co-founder of FranklinCovey and former chief executive officer of the regional dollar-store chain Greenbacks All-a-Dollar, has been named ContentWatch chief executive officer and Dennis Webb, also a founder of FranklinCovey, has been named as chairman.

Bishop and Webb are joined by Scott Cleghorn as vice president of finance and administration, Kevin White as vice president of sales, Bret Harris as chief technology officer, and Scott Nelson as director of marketing and product management.

Dennis R. Webb - Chairman of the Board

As co-founder and chairman of ContentWatch, Webb has also been extensively involved in the co-founding and creation of many successful businesses, including FranklinCovey (formerly Franklin Quest). While at FranklinCovey he was responsible for $250 million of product development and distribution. In addition, he trained executives and personnel from numerous Fortune 500 companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dow Chemical, Merrill Lynch and Citibank. Webb is a much sought-after speaker on a wide range of topics including leadership, time management, financial planning and team building.

Brent L Bishop - President and Chief Executive Officer

With an educational background in management and finance, Bishop has excelled in business and in the community throughout his career. In 1991 he founded Greenbacks All-a-Dollar, where he served as CEO and was responsible for growing the company from one to 100 retail stores in 10 states during a 12-year period. In acknowledgment of Bishop's role in the success of Greenbacks, he was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001. Under Bishop's leadership, Greenbacks was sold to Dollar Tree in July of 2003 for more than $100 million. Prior to starting Greenbacks, Bishop was also a co-founder of FranklinCovey.

Scott Cleghorn - Vice President of Finance and Administration

Cleghorn joined ContentWatch in January 2004. As vice president of finance and administration, Cleghorn oversees the company's day-to-day financial management as well as its long-term strategic planning. He also brings more than 16 years of financial management and planning experience in the global communications and Internet services sector to ContentWatch.

Bret Harris - Chief Technical Officer

Harris brings more than 20 years of technical and management experience to the executive team of ContentWatch. In the past, he has been responsible for directing software engineering teams at WordPerfect, Novell, SonicWall and SoftHaven. While with WordPerfect, Harris led the team that created WordPerfect Office (now known as Novell GroupWise). As SonicWall's senior director of engineering, Harris led the engineering efforts of the company. Before joining SonicWall, Harris served as the president/chief executive officer and chief technology officer of SoftHaven.

Kevin White - Vice President of Sales

White has more than 12 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the high-tech industry. He oversaw business development initiatives for more than 70 business partners while at Dynix and served as vice president of sales for KeyLabs. White has also managed and directed sales initiatives for IBM, WordPerfect and Novell.

Scott Nelson - Director of Marketing & Product Management

Nelson brings more than 18 years of product marketing experience in the high-tech industry to ContentWatch. His career includes experience with Dynix, Cerberian, and WordPerfect/Novell. While at, became the No. 1 genealogy site on the Web under Nelson's leadership. He was also responsible for leading the efforts that launched WordPerfect/Novell in the office suite market with PerfectOffice.
