ContentWatch Appoints Jack Sunderlage as President and CEO
New appointment brings tremendous sales focus and high-tech leadership to ContentWatch
SALT LAKE CITY – February 23, 2005 – ContentWatch Inc., a trusted provider of Internet filter and protection tools designed for families and small businesses, today announced the appointment of Jack Sunderlage, former HP/Compaq executive and current vice chair of the Utah Information Technology Association (UITA), to the position of president and CEO. Current president and CEO Brent Bishop will serve as Chairman of the Board, with former chairman Dennis Webb assuming the post of Vice-Chairman.
Under Bishop’s leadership, ContentWatch has successfully optimized business processes while changing the company’s business model to a subscription service. Additionally, Bishop has been instrumental in ContentWatch’s selection as Internet filtering solution for critical contracts such as Disney’s Dream Desk PC and two strategic relationships in Asia. The company also launched one of the first filtering products specifically designed for small businesses in 2004.
Sunderlage has served on the ContentWatch Board of Directors since August of 2004.

Jack Sunderlage has enjoyed a long and successful career in the Information Technology industry. He has held key sales and marketing executive positions with Burroughs, UNISYS, Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer, and Hewlett-Packard. His most recent assignment was Vice President of Global Accounts, West Region for Compaq/HP. Sunderlage took an early retirement from HP in July 2002. Since that time, he has been doing contract consulting with The Utah Partnership for Education, Inc. in developing business partnerships for the creation of six new high-tech high schools in Utah. He has been a trustee of UITA since 1991, and will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board.
