		<description><![CDATA[To disable the AVG Firewall, please:

<ul>
<li>Open AVG User Interface</li>
<li>Double-click on the Firewall</li>
<li>Select "Firewall disabled"</li>
<li>Save the changes</li>
</ul>

To disable the Resident Shield (Anti-Virus), please:

<ul>
<li>Open AVG User Interface</li>
<li>Double-click on the Resident Shield</li>
<li>Un-tick the option "Resident Shield active"</li>
<li>Save the changes</li>
</ul>

AVG Free

<ol>
<li>Open AVG</li>
<li>Across the top, select Tools.</li>
<li>Select "Advanced settings..."</li>
<li>"Advanced AVG Settings" will open.  On the right side 3rd from the bottom select "Temporarily Disable AVG Protection."</li>
<li>On the right, in the larger window check mark "Temporarily Disable AVG Protection."</li>
<li>Click the OK button and close AVG.</li>

<li>Open Add or Remove Programs. 
<li>Left click 'Content Protect'or 'Net Nanny' and click the 'change/remove' button. 
<li>Be sure to click 'yes to all'. 
<li>Restart your computer and the changes will take affect.

<li>Open My Computer
<li>Click on Tools at the top 
<li>Click on Folder options 
<li>Open the View tab 
<li>Select the circle next to Show Hidden Files and Folders 
<li>Click Apply and then OK

Delete the ContentWatch Folders from the following locations:

<br>
c:documents and settingsall usersapplication data
