Remove Net Nanny through Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features

Reboot and make sure your firewall and anti-spyware /anti-virus and e-mail scanning software programs are disabled before reinstalling Net Nanny.

Login to My Account as a Returning User.  The download and registration number are always stored there to reinstall with.
