Currently ContentProtect Pro doesn't support filtering for 64-bit applications, only blocking them. This would be OK except that the Application Exceptions setting does not seem to apply to 64-bit apps. Take the Windows 7 sidebar for example. Gadgets such as Weather are blocked from internet access because sidebar is 64-bit. Adding sidebar.exe as an Application Exception does nothing. This is something that needs to be fixed ASAP whether or not 64-bit filtering is implemented.

On a 64bit system you would need to move the application into the 32bit directory. Then reboot and try again.

ok, from the tech support i became this answer:

"Net Nanny installs fine onto a 64bit OS, however it does not filter 64bit browsers. Net Nanny has included a feature that allows the Admin to block access to 64bit applications that access the internet, thus forcing the users to use the 32bit browsers."

If i block 64-bit applications, many of my applications couldn't acces the internet... So i can find the Windows Sidebar in the 64-bit directory and move the application into the 32.bit application, but the other applications I need are not in this directory.

So per example the application "BookCook" for book administration is already installed in the 32-bit directory but needs an 64-bit internet access....

I don't know how to solve this problem...

Should I maybe move all the applications from the 64-bit directors into the 32-bit directory? Would this way help?

The suggestion for moving applications to the 32bit would only be in reference to the sidebar.exe. Unfortunately if the other applications are 64bits Net Nanny will block it and moving it to the 32bit is not something we recommend.
