any idea how we can fix this . ? we cannot uninstall content watch and reinstall and it is therfore nt working onmy sons computer any mre

1) Right Click on your Net Nanny icon in your system tray by your clock and choose 'about'. What registration # does it show you have installed? Once I have this information I can better assist you.
