In some instances we are unable to get Teamviewer to connect when Content Watch is running. I have verified this by uninstalling Content Watch and running Teamviewer. With Content Watch uninstalled Teamviewer was able to connect. I already spoke with Teamviewer support and added the necessary exclusions to the Content Watch master list. Teamviewer still fails to connect when Content Watch is running.

Please contact our support team at support@contentwatch.com with the information below so that we may better assist you with team viewer running and ContentProtect disabled so that we capture the processes.

    System Information Request

Please send me your System Info so that I can verify any conflicting software you may have installed:
Click 'start' > 'run' type msinfo32 and press 'ok'.
At the top of this System Information window, click 'File' and then 'Save'. Choose 'Desktop' for the 'Save in:' box. Type sysinfo in the 'File name:' box and click 'Save'. After it is done gathering your system information, there will be a sysinfo.nfo file on your desktop. Send that file as an attachment to me as reply to this e-mail as to keep all information together.

Please provide the registration number you have installed or the one that you are trying to install with.

I already spoke with Maria Paspuel. But I went ahead and forwarded the Sysinfo to support@contentwatch.com.

I forgot to send the registration number, I resent the email with that included. This is a fresh install of XP so there shouldn't be any conflicting software. The only thing I installed was google Chrome.

I received an email that it is now working. Is that correct?

Yes, thank you very much for the assistance. Adding the applications exceptions fixed our problems.
