    I have an alert that pops up atleast 50 times a day for an HP update that requires my password authorization, but does not accept my password. There isn't a "forgot password" option, and I have no choice but to refuse the update, only to have it pop up in my face 10 minutes later. I can use my password to login, and do everything else in NetNanny, but I can't get out of this jam. Help!
