Clayton Ostler

Senior Director of Technology

Clayton has spent 16 years in technical roles at IT and technology companies. His experience includes various responsibilities, many of which were successfully performed during his nine year tenure at ContentWatch.

As the Senior Technical Sales Engineer at ContentWatch, Clayton has been the lead for all sales engineering efforts and implementations. He has been the primary technical resource to the sales and marketing teams. Clayton also has been deeply involved in the technical aspects of product management and business strategy for product development and sales. He also plays as a key technical role when building business partnerships and alliances.

As the IT Director at the Company, Clayton has excelled in the management and building of technical infrastructure and services. He has successfully managed the Information Technology department, services and budget, and shaped IT resources into assets instead of an overhead. He is looked to as the resident expert in all aspects of ContentWatch systems andinfrastructure.

Prior to ContentWatch, Clayton was an Enterprise Network Security Consultant at Cisco Systems. While in this role, he lead a team ofsecurity experts conducting network security audits, security implementations, and penetration testing for Cisco enterprise clients.

Earlier in his career, Clayton was IT Manager for Avaltus, an online training company providing hosted web-based services for employees and educators.
